Work Hours:
Second Shift: Monday- Friday 3:15 pm- 12:45 am (with overtime available)
Available Positions:
- Truss Assemblers (2nd Shift)- This position is responsible for assembling trusses from pre-cut lumber. Assemblers place pre-cut lumber into jigs with laser systems that show the correct placement of lumber/ plates. They tack the plates to the lumber with a hammer and then use a large press to embed the plates and create a finished truss. This is a fast-paced, physical, team-orientated position.
- Material Handlers (2nd Shift))- Material Handlers work in positions that require the use of a forklift to gather and stage materials for the assembly process. This position is primarily outside and ideal candidates will be comfortable working independently to accomplish their job functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Construction/Manufacturing experience preferred
- High school diploma/ GED preferred
- Dependability; reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to follow directions and retain information
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of basic power tools
