Responsibilities
- Supervising and caring for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support the implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to infant exploration and learning
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members about each child's progress and needs
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and social interactions among infants
- Aid in diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine care tasks with patience and sensitivity
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles relevant to infants and toddlers
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong understanding of classroom management techniques tailored to infant care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a nurturing approach
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively

Pay: $11.75 - $16.75 per hour
