Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students in varied classroom settings
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment goals and IEPs
- Deliver one-on-one and small group therapy sessions with evidence-based best practices
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school meetings as needed
