Pay: $27–$31/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We're seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain critical building systems and support facility operations. - Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and building systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Maintain boilers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, and related facility equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders accurately
- Support facility improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Promote a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures
- Mentor and assist junior maintenance team members
Requirements:
3+ years of facility, industrial, or commercial maintenance experience- HVAC certification/license and strong HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and facility systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license
- Occasional overtime or on-call support as needed
