Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and energetic Service Coordinator to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. This is a fast-paced dispatch and intake role that serves as the first point of contact for our customers and the central hub for service coordination.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and takes ownership of tasks through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Intake
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service requests
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Gather accurate job details and set appropriate expectations
Dispatch & Scheduling
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians efficiently
- Enter service requests, work orders, and notes into the scheduling system
- Monitor job progress and follow up on pending or delayed items
- Communicate effectively with technicians and internal staff
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage the shared inbox by routing, assigning, and tracking emails
- Maintain accurate records through consistent data entry
- Organize digital and paper files
- Assist with project coordination and general office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and scheduling/dispatch software
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay focused in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working with numbers, lists, percentages, and basic spreadsheet functions
- Adaptable and receptive to evolving processes and procedures
Schedule & Location
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shift
- In-Person at our Santa Clara office
Compensation & Benefits
- $27.00 – $29.00 per hour, based on experience
