Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GM/Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure seamless daily functioning.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food safety protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Manage POS systems such as Toast and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff, overseeing food production, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Facilitate staff interviewing, onboarding, ongoing training & development initiatives to build a strong hospitality team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with excellent team leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, customer interactions, and team collaboration.
- Ability to analyze financial data including budgeting and profit & loss analysis for operational improvements.
- Hospitality management certification or equivalent experience in managing hospitality teams is preferred.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
