Responsibilities Include:

Climbing and working on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wireless systems

Assembling/erecting various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc.

Read construction documents, clearly explain and delegate tasks to crews in order to perform installations per all customer requirements

Installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc., at elevated heights of over 100 feet

Working closely with, helping manage, and mentor technicians, and staying aligned with our OJT training program

Review assigned crews and adhere to project schedules

Adhering to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations

30Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Be able to demonstrate skills, knowledge, and your level of expertise in the tower industry
-
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, as regular travel to job sites and operation of company vehicles are required

Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays

Working knowledge of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment
-
Ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a 50 lb load
-
OSHA 10 and 30
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Local, out-of-the-area and extended travel is required (up to 95%).
