Note: This position does not require living on-site.
Position Overview
As a Floating Property Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties to ensure operations run smoothly, residents are satisfied, and owner interests are protected. You’ll help create clean, comfortable, and friendly communities where residents are proud to live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations to maximize income and control expenses
- Lease available units, process applications, and maintain occupancy goals
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring accurate documentation
- Submit and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain digital tenant records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Market and advertise available units to maintain a high occupancy rate
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and care
- Enforce community rules and regulations consistently and fairly
- Prepare and submit notices, reports, and payment documentation as needed
- Collect rent and assist residents with payment processing or rental assistance
- Perform daily property walks, identifying and reporting maintenance needs
- Ensure all common areas and property grounds are clean and well maintained
