Millie's Pancakes is a fast-paced breakfast and lunch diner known for fresh, made-to-order comfort food: pancakes, skillets, omelets, and Southern-inspired dishes. We're hiring a reliable Breakfast Cook for our Addison location.
Pay:
- $18–22/hr depending on experience
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week.
- Morning shifts starting 5:30–6:00 AM.
- Weekend availability required.\
- Shifts end early afternoon — your nights are free.

What you'll do:
- Cook breakfast and lunch to order (eggs, pancakes, omelets, skillets)
- Hold speed and quality through busy morning rushes
- Follow recipes and plating standards; keep the line clean and stocked
- Work with servers for fast ticket times; follow food safety standards
What we're looking for:
- Prior line/breakfast cook experience preferred
- Calm under pressure, punctual, team-oriented
- Can stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Wants a long-term role, not a temporary gig
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
