We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Lead that join our Team. Candidates must have Warehouse (S&R) Experience and Forklift certification.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping & receiving operation, ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline overall logistics operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and tracking
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Regulations and OSHA standards
- Supervise Team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Train and develop team members on proper procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Utilize Produce Pro or similar systems to manage inventory and track shipments
- Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency
Skills:
- Minimun 3 years experience in a Warehouse Environment
- Minimun 3 years experience in shipping and receiving processes
- Knowledge of Produce Pro or other warehouse management systems
-Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
