$20/hour base + performance bonuses tied to milestones — your effort directly controls your paycheck.
The Role
This isn't a "sit at the desk and answer phones" job. You're the closer.
Here's how it works: our nurse does the skin consult, makes the clinical recommendation, and walks out of the room. You walk in. Your job is to turn that recommendation into a booked package or membership — and get paid every time you do.
If you've ever felt like you were this close to crushing it in a job that didn't pay you for performance, this is the fix.
What You'll Actually Do
- Run the close after every consult — present pricing, handle objections, get the yes
- Upsell additional treatments and upgrades at checkout — you know what they came in for and what they haven't tried yet
- Manage the front desk: scheduling, check-in/check-out, payments
- Follow up with leads and past clients who haven't booked yet (warm list, not cold calling)
- Track every consult and close in our system so we know what's working
- Be the first face and voice of our medspa — in person, on the phone, by text

- You've sold something before — memberships, packages, retail, anything — and you liked it
- You're genuinely interested in skincare and the beauty industry — you don't have to be an expert, but you have to care
- You're money-motivated. A bonus structure excites you, it doesn't scare you
- You're coachable and want to be trained on a real sales process, not just "be nice and hope they buy"
- Medspa, beauty, or wellness front desk experience is a plus, not a requirement
- You can hold a real conversation and read a room — confidence over script-reading
Compensation & Schedule
- $20/hour base + performance bonuses tied to milestones — this is a role where your effort directly controls your paycheck
- Part-time, Tuesday–Saturday
