Duties
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and other company vehicles for executive and client transportation needs
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures while maintaining safety standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing special requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures at all times
- Support in vehicle cleaning and upkeep to uphold a professional appearance
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience with limousine, bus driving, school bus driving or box trucks is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse clients and passengers
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS systems or traditional maps while maintaining safety standards
- Mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
