General ManagerOverview
We're looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop staff, and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant management, team leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Create staff schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Oversee food quality, preparation, and safety standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Monitor cash handling, and POS operations (knowledge of Square a plus)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Drive a positive guest experience and resolve customer concerns as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory management
- Experience with budgeting, labor management, and cost controls
- Familiarity with Square POS, or similar systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Assistant General Manager or similar leadership experience preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
