Responsibilities
Patient Care Excellence
Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care model.
Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Utilize critical thinking to address clinical, safety, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
Quality & Evidence-Based Practice
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance patient care.
Utilize research and evidence-based practices to support clinical decision-making.
Contribute to discussions that improve patient outcomes and care delivery.

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering age-appropriate, patient-centered care
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients as needed
Licensure & Certifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire
CCMC required within 30 days of hire/transfer
NIH Stroke Scale (NIH) required within 6 months
ACLS and PALS required within 1 year of hire/transfer
National nursing certification preferred
