Salary range- $110,000 - $125,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Overview of the Controller role:
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process
-
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports

Partner closely with the CFO to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations

Oversee accounting operations across multiple business entities

Supervise and mentor the Senior Accountant and accounting support staff

Ensure accuracy of the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls as the organization continues to grow
Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
5+ years of accounting experience
