We're looking for a Sales Manager to help us finish this summer strong while laying the foundation for an even bigger next season.
This role is for someone who leads from the front, sets the standard, develops people, and is excited to build a winning team.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the daily morning training meetings.
Prepare each day's training by reviewing our proven training program before or after work. The material has been developed by some of the top-performing door-to-door reps in the industry.
Set the standard for work ethic, attitude, and professionalism. Keep the team on schedule and make sure everyone is ready to hit the doors on time.
Lead by example in the field and hold the team accountable to consistent effort and production.
Expected Schedule
Monday–Friday 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Team training meeting
Be on the doors by 1:00 PM
4:00–5:00 PM: Dinner break
5:00 PM until dark: Back on the doors
Saturday 9:30 AM: Team meeting 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM:
As we head into the offseason, you'll play an important role in helping build next year's team.
Who We're Looking For
Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred (LDS mission experience counts).
Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
Strong communicator who can train, motivate, and hold others accountable.
Self-disciplined, organized, and dependable.
Leads by example and isn't afraid to set the standard.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
