This assignment is ideal for an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist eager to expand their resume by handling a broad range of vascular and neuro interventional cases. Schedule / Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm (40 hours)
- Plus call responsibilities: every other weekend, rotating weekday call, and one holiday if applicable
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both vascular and neuro interventional radiology
- Neuro IR experience is a must
- ARRT (Radiography) certification and appropriate state licensure
- Demonstrated adaptability to new EMR and imaging systems (training available for EPIC, Synapse, Startrack—prior experience not required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with physicians and supporting staff
Responsibilities:
- Assist in a variety of interventional radiology procedures, especially high-acuity neuro cases
- Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment
- Ensure patient safety and quality care throughout all procedures
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation within healthcare systems
- Participate in mandatory on-call rotations, including weekends and select holidays
