Freedom Auto Repair is a busy, family-owned shop in Hesperia looking for an energetic lot porter to open the shop and keep our morning moving. If you love cars, like staying active, and take pride in doing a job right, this is a great fit. You'll work directly alongside our service advisor and technicians — you keep the vehicles and the lot flowing so the team can focus on the work.
What you'll do
- Open the shop each morning and get it ready for business
- Drive and park customer vehicles, and stage them for the technicians
- Keep the lot and shop organized as the morning drop-off rush comes in
- Clean and prep the shop, bays, and customer areas
- Run vehicle-related errands and support the service advisor and techs as needed
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license and a clean DMV record — you must be insurable to drive customer vehicles
- Comfortable driving both automatic and manual (stick-shift) vehicles
- Energetic, dependable, and punctual — the shop opens because you show up on time
- Able to work on your feet and outdoors in all weather, move quickly, and do light lifting
- A genuine respect for taking care of other people's vehicles

- Pay: $17.50-$20/hour
- Schedule: About 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday–Friday (~30 hours/week)

Freedom Auto Repair is a busy, family-owned shop in Hesperia looking for an energetic lot porter to run our afternoons and lock up the shop. If you love cars, like staying active, and take pride in leaving a place better than you found it, this is a great fit. You'll work directly alongside our service advisor and technicians during the busy pickup hours and get the shop closed down right.
What you'll do
- Drive and park customer vehicles and pull them up for the afternoon pickup rush
- Keep the lot organized and vehicles staged and secure
- Clean the shop, bays, and customer areas and take care of end-of-day tasks
- Lock up and secure the shop at the end of the day
- Run vehicle-related errands and support the service advisor and techs as needed
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license and a clean DMV record — you must be insurable to drive customer vehicles
- Comfortable driving both automatic and manual (stick-shift) vehicles
- Energetic, dependable, and trustworthy — you're often the last one here, closing it up right
- Able to work on your feet and outdoors in all weather, move quickly, and do light lifting
