- High School Diploma
- Associates (preferred)
- 4+ years of customer service in a veterinary clinic setting preferred but not necessary
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs

- Proficiency with technology, iOS and EzyVet specifically
- Client communication and relationship development, including phone / text, electronic (email) and in-person communications
- Patient care, including proficiency with safe and reliable restraint on an as needed basis to help support clinical team demands preferred but not necessary
- Basic mathematics
- Participate in activities to contribute to and maintain a clean and inviting environment for clients
- Support activities related to the scheduling of appointments with an emphasis on maintaining accurate records as it relates to client communications, practice activities, patient care, client concerns and financial transactions
- Successfully interact with veterinary professionals to direct inquiries and escalate complex communications when appropriate
- Proficiency with managing multi-line phone systems and desktop applications
- Excel in operating a cloud-based software application
- Support trouble-shooting of various office machines on an as needed basis (i.e. desktop mobile workstations, telephones, credit card terminals, printers and document scanners)

This is a full time, non-exempt position offering 5 eight hour shifts. While the schedule is expected to be consistent, changes may be necessary to meet the needs of a growing hospital. The following holidays are observed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
