Job Title: Senior Pipeline Estimator

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates for Oil & Gas projects and programs
- Prepare quantity takeoffs from drawings, plans, specifications, and concept documents
- Build estimate narratives and Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation
- Apply labor, materials, equipment, indirect costs, fees, taxes, and margins to develop complete project cost estimates
- Review scope changes, contract modifications, and estimate impacts
- Support vendor and subcontractor pricing efforts
- Review estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures
- Provide guidance to junior estimators and support estimating best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of estimating experience
- Extensive Oil & Gas experience
- Experience with field estimating and construction management activities
- Experience with estimating database software
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead estimating efforts when needed
- Tools & Systems: PrimaveraEstimate/Schedule Transfer tools, Contract Manager, DMCS
