What you’ll be doing
- Leading a landscape maintenance crew on daily routes
- Managing mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulch, and cleanups
- Ensuring quality, efficiency, and professionalism on jobsites
- Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
- Training and supporting crew members
- Maintaining organized vehicles, equipment, and jobsites
- Communicating with management regarding job progress and issues
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, ~7:00 AM – 4/5 PM
- Overtime available during peak season
- Weekend work is rare - only when weekday weather pushes the mowing schedule
Seasonal Structure
- Full-time hours during the main season (March–December).
- Winter work includes snow operations, with opportunities to stay active based on weather and workload.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lead a crew and maintain productivity throughout the day
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
