The Event Associate supports local promotional events and product fulfillment operations. This role combines customer interaction, sales support, packaging, and order fulfillment to ensure a high-quality experience for customers and partners.
This is a part-time, remote position in Memphis, TN.
Attend assigned local events including farmers markets, sporting events, retail shops, service plazas, and corporate offices
Support the Event Lead with sales and customer engagement
Distribute samples and promote products
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems using an iPad or other sales devices
Accurately measure and fill popcorn bags, cups, and sample packages
Operate packaging machinery and perform manual packaging as needed
Select correct packaging for each order and ensure proper sealing for freshness
Maintain detailed packaging records (dates, batch info, contents)
Clean and maintain packaging equipment and production areas
Follow all food safety protocols
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality
Prepare orders for online, wholesale, and pop-up event sales
Select and document correct products for each order
Package products into shipping boxes or event bags
Learn and perform shipping procedures using UPS, USPS, and internal distribution methods
Use shipping labels and complete required paperwork
Ensure timely and accurate order processing
Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic production setting
Maintain professionalism and sound judgment at all times
Accurately document time worked
Attend required trainings and meetings
Follow all company policies and procedures, including:
OSHA standards
Fire & safety policies
Personnel and HR policies
HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
Corporate by-laws and articles of incorporation
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Sales experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical ability to meet job demands
Telephone (cellular and multi-line), copier, fax, computer, calculator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Agency sales and order processing software
Stand and work for 6–8 hours per shift
Sit 2–3 hours per shift
Drive company van 1–4 hours per shift
Lift at least 25 pounds
Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, and stair climbing
Fine motor skills for accurate documentation and reporting
Ability to work full 8-hour shifts
