The State Public Works Division, Leasing Services Section, is seeking a Management Analyst 2 in the Las Vegas area, supervised by the Management Analyst 4. The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Leasing and Contract Services Section; train, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff; and develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additional responsibilities include assisting with preparation of the Division’s budget and researching, analyzing, and compiling data for various reports, summaries, recommendations, proposals, and market surveys related to statewide space availability, rental rates, and building operating costs. The incumbent will also conduct special projects and assignments in support of the Section Supervisor and Division Administrator, attend meetings, and represent the Division on leasing issues.
Management Analysts conduct studies, research, and examination of management and administrative areas such as agency operations, forms, policies and procedures, workflow, legislative analysis, management research, and statistical and informational analysis.
