What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges
- Explain repair options, costs, and outcomes clearly and professionally to customers
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
What We’re Looking For
- Appliance repair experience or related technical background
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & Compensation
We offer a guaranteed hourly base with performance-based commission, providing income stability while rewarding technicians who perform at a high level. Our technicians use their expertise to educate customers and recommend repairs that provide the best value. Commission rewards quality work and professional judgment, not unnecessary upselling.

Route & Scheduling Philosophy
We intentionally design technician routes to stay within an average of 50 miles from first call to last call. This helps minimize drive time, reduce fatigue, and keep your workday efficient and predictable.
