Car Sales Associates must be willing to:

Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
-
Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.

Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.

Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
-
Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.

Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.

Work 50+ hours/week, which includes every Saturday (and having a day off during the week instead)
Job Requirements for Car Sales Associates:

Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
-
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.

Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.

Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
-
No major driving violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless, etc.)

Sales or related commission based experience preferred

Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
