Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Conduct plumbing work related to remodeling projects.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete plumbing projects.
- Drive commercially as needed to transport materials or equipment.
- Handle heavy lifting when required for plumbing materials.
- Ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems by testing for leaks and other issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction plumbing or a related field 3+ years.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for plumbing installations.
- Knowledge of assembling and installing plumbing systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment effectively.
- Experience with heavy lifting associated with plumbing materials.
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
