The Non-Negotiables
Please only apply if you can answer "YES" to all three:
- Active Credential: You are a certified/registered and licensed Medical Assistant.
- Pediatric Experience: You have at least 2 years of direct pediatric office experience (proficient in drawing and administering pediatric vaccines, performing ear piercings, patient workups, rapid room turnover, phone triage, and EMR charting).
- Local Commute: You live local to the Nutley, NJ area and have reliable transportation.
Weekly Schedule
(Please verify these exact hours fit your routine before applying)
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: One shift per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
