Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our dynamic flooring team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various flooring projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Mix and apply epoxy resins accurately according to project specifications and schematics
- Use hand tools and power tools to install flooring components, including caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation as needed
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and water damage restoration to maintain or enhance flooring quality
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling or restoration projects involving flooring installation or repair
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring installation, epoxy coating application, or related construction fields
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing techniques, and floor care equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions carefully while working efficiently in a team environment
