Automotive Technician – Flat Rate $30–$40/hr (Consistent 40+ Hours)
Craig Smith Chevrolet is looking for a solid Automotive Technician who wants steady work, a structured shop, and the ability to make good money without chaos.
We are a family-owned GM dealership with a strong local customer base and a shop that stays consistently busy. If you’re tired of slow weeks, poor dispatching, or fighting for work, this is worth a look.
What You Can Expect
- Flat Rate: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Consistent workflow – most techs flag 40+ hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Organized dispatch through a shop foreman — no fighting for work

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of technician experience (GM experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong diagnostic and repair ability
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to be part of a team
- ASE certifications are a plus
