5 day work week 7:00am-6:00pm- no Saturdays or Sundays or Evenings
Strong Base Pay plus Bonuses, no more worrying about slow weeks at the shop. The salary is paid weekly and bonuses are paid monthly.
Paid vacations and holidays, health benefits and matching IRA as well as a clear path to advancement and raises. Climate controlled shop area and air conditioning for technicians. Techs are paid salary.
The latest technology is important to us. Laptops and tablets for technicians, all of our inspections are digital, customer receive texted inspections, estimates, and bills. The shop has subscriptions to Alldata, Mitchell, Identifix and IATN. OEM level diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the automotive service department
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build estimates, advise customers on necessary repairs, order and return parts as needed
- Build and maintain a team of advisors and technicians
- Manage daily scheduling and assign work to service technicians and mechanics
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor, parts, and inventory
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with Assistant manager to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive service management and estimating. Tekmetric experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service writing, and mechanical repairs. Experience as a technician preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
