Jobzango is a reverse recruiting service. We handle job searches for mid-to-senior level professionals. Instead of candidates hunting for jobs, we hunt for them. We run the entire process for 90 days on a flat fee with a money-back guarantee.
The Role
You're a sales rep. Job seekers reach out to us. You take their calls, have conversations with them, and close deals.
That's it. No cold calling. No prospecting. No managing your own lead flow. We give you 40-80 warm leads per month. You talk to them, help them understand if we're the right fit, and close the sale when it makes sense.
Once you close, you hand the client off to our fulfillment team. You move to the next lead.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You work full remote.
What You Do
- Take inbound calls from job seekers
- Ask questions to understand their situation and get past surface level answers
- Coach and help them through their job search options and challenges
- Close deals when they're ready
- Follow up with prospects who aren't ready yet
- Hand off closed clients to fulfillment partners
What We're Looking For
You're not afraid to ask for the sale. You ask questions that make people think. You actually care about helping someone through one of the biggest decisions of their career. You're consistent with follow-ups. You don't let leads fall through the cracks.
Sales experience is good but not required. Recruitment experience is not required. What matters is you can have a real conversation, you know when to push, and you're committed to getting results.
You need reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls. You work full remote from wherever you are.

Compensation
$60,000 - $180,000+ annually based on performance and experience. Commission structure discussed in interview.
