Shift Options: 1st and 2nd shift openings
Your Responsibilities:

Construct and join metal parts by utilizing MIG welding techniques

Analyze technical drawings, diagrams, and manufacturing documentation

Configure welding machinery and select the correct methods, such as pulse spray or MIG
-
Verify that all completed welds meet strict quality standards and project requirements

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team

Support the growth of the facility by participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of professional production welding background

Demonstrate high-quality output through meticulous attention to detail

Experience working with aluminum or stainless steel is advantageous

Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to advance your career

Individuals with a strong background in fabrication are invited to demonstrate their skills via a weld test
