Heat Shock 2 LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined General Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We service commercial facilities throughout Connecticut and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and professionalism. Must have clean driving record and clean background check.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Changing HVAC air filters
- Basic building maintenance and repairs
- Drywall patching and touch-up painting
- Replacing ceiling tiles
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs (experience preferred)
- General handyman tasks
- Assisting HVAC technicians as needed
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Following all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in painting, maintenance, or handyman work preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
- OSHA certifications are a plus (not required)
