Lay and attach sheet metal decking on steel structures

Safely operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools
-
Weld metal decking and perform shear stud installation as assigned

Keep tools and equipment in proper working order

Accurately report time and attendance each day

Follow OSHA, customer, and company safety guidelines at all times

Take on other duties as assigned

Reliability, a safety-first mindset, and comfort working at heights and outdoors

100% nationwide travel readiness

Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work over 40 feet high

Experience with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification

Welding Certification

Aerial Lift Certification

Full-time, hourly; daytime shift only

Projects typically run 2–3 months, sometimes longer

Crews travel to a new city/state at project completion

Work hours vary per job site, season, and weather

Active sites include NM, TX, VA, AZ, SC, GA, MS, AR, FL, MD, and many more
