*Duties*
- Operate machinery and equipment in our production process while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, following CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in all work areas and production as needed.
*Skills*
- Familiarity with production processes and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for work areas and ensuring product quality.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during production tasks.
