Front of House Team Member for both harmony and warrendale
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a vital part of our team, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Assist in bussing and sanitizing tables to maintain a clean dining area
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments accurately
- Provide quick and efficient food service while maintaining quality standards
- Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers with precision
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café or quick-service fast-food restaurant is preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed
