This is a leadership opportunity for someone who is consistent with accountability, training, leadership, and proven results. Your main objective will be to increase the close rate of our aestheticians' consultations, to increase the cross-sales and upsells done by our entire staff, and to ensure a thriving luxury wellness and medical aesthetics practice.

Position Overview
This is a leadership role responsible for:

Leadership Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the medical spa and wellness clinic
- Lead, coach, and motivate clinical and front office staff
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling
- Monitor clinic productivity and key performance indicators
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and Virginia regulatory compliance
- Develop and improve office systems and workflows
- Help achieve monthly revenue goals
- Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented culture
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide consultations and perform treatments including:
- Customized facials
- Hydrafacial
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Laser hair removal
- Laser skin rejuvenation
- Laser tattoo removal
- IPL/photofacial treatments
- Skin tightening procedures
- Body contouring support
- Medical-grade skincare consultations
- Retail skincare recommendations
Assist providers with aesthetic procedures as needed.
Marketing & Business Development
Serve as the face of our marketing efforts by:
- Creating engaging social media content
- Producing treatment videos and educational content
- Managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile
- Photographing before-and-after results
- Planning promotional events and open houses
- Coordinating email marketing campaigns
- Updating website content
- Building referral relationships
- Growing memberships and patient loyalty
- Tracking marketing performance and return on investment
Patient Experience
Our patients should feel welcomed, educated, valued, and cared for from the first phone call through every follow-up visit.
You will help create an environment where patients receive five-star service and develop lasting relationships with our practice.
QualificationsRequired
- Virginia Master Esthetician License
- Minimum of 3 years of medical spa experience
- Experience performing laser treatments
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Medical spa management experience
