Pay Rate: $19.50–$21.50/hour (determined by experience, paid weekly)
Shift Hours: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Work Model: Fully Onsite

Role Overview
BEPC is actively seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our customer's team in Pleasanton, California. This role supports the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing environment by performing assembly, repair, and testing operations while following established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components while maintaining quality, productivity, and compliance in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices following standardized manufacturing procedures.
- Complete routine production assignments while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation to ensure product traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Handle and assemble small components with precision and care.
- Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software to support manufacturing activities.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues, quality concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic data collection systems.
- Strong manual dexterity with the ability to handle and maneuver small components.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple production tasks.
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical device manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience performing precision assembly, inspection, testing, or repair.
- Experience working in a cleanroom or other regulated manufacturing environment.
Dress Code Requirements
Candidates must comply with cleanroom gowning and contamination control requirements, including:
- Wear clean, non-shedding clothing free of loose fibers, frayed hems, glitter, sequins, tassels, or other materials that could contaminate the manufacturing environment.
- No fleece, loose-knit garments, sweaters, or clothing that sheds fibers.
- Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required.
- No sandals, clogs, slippers, or open-toe/open-heel footwear.
- No nail polish, acrylic nails, artificial nails, or similar nail coatings.
- No makeup, fragrances, lotions (after handwashing), or exposed jewelry that could compromise cleanroom integrity.
- Clothing must fit appropriately under required cleanroom garments and lab coats.
Additional gowning and appearance requirements will be reviewed during the interview and onboarding process.
