Job Title: Part-Time Marketing Specialist (Hybrid / In-Office)
Location: Laredo, TX / Remote Option
Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote (or optionally 5 days in office)

We are a healthcare clinic committed to delivering high quality patient care and building strong community relationships. We’re seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to help grow our visibility, engage patients, and support patient acquisition and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email) tailored to healthcare audiences
- Manage content creation: blog posts, newsletters, social media, patient education materials
- Analyze campaign metrics, website analytics, and social media metrics to optimize performance
- Coordinate with external partners (designers, printers, vendors)
- Assist in community outreach and event planning
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Support ad buys, SEO, PPC, or local online advertising
- Other marketing tasks as needed to support clinic growth
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing (strong preference for experience in healthcare, medical, or wellness sectors)
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. MailChimp or other email tools, social media management, Google Analytics, basic SEO)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working remotely and on-site as needed
Work Arrangement & Hours
- Up to 20 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote
- Alternatively, candidate may opt for 5 days in the office
- Core workdays: Monday through Friday (flexible in daily scheduling)
