Regional Sales & Service Manager – Florida

Beachside Golf Cars is one of the fastest-growing golf cart dealership groups in the United States. We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales & Service Manager to oversee the performance of multiple Florida dealerships.
This position is responsible for the overall success of both our sales and service departments. You'll work closely with Sales Managers, Service Managers, and executive leadership to drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, develop high-performing teams, and ensure every location operates at the highest level.
Let's be real—this is not a desk job. You'll spend most of your time traveling between stores, coaching managers, meeting with customers, solving problems, and helping teams win. If you're looking for a Monday-Friday office job, this isn't it.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You are the operational leader for your assigned Florida territory and will be responsible for both sales and service operations, including:
- Driving sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Leading and developing Sales Managers, Service Managers, technicians, and sales representatives
- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing top-performing employees
- Improving sales conversion, closing percentages, and gross profit
- Increasing service department productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Driving warranty, service plan, accessory, and upgrade sales
- Managing inventory across all assigned stores
- Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Ensuring excellent customer service throughout both departments
- Holding store leadership accountable through KPIs and reporting
Primary ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
- Drive monthly sales goals across all assigned locations.
- Coach Sales Managers and sales teams on lead management, product knowledge, negotiations, and closing techniques.
- Improve lead response times and CRM follow-up.
- Review sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Increase accessory, warranty, financing, and service plan attachment rates.
- Protect gross profit while maximizing sales volume.
- Assist managers with difficult customer situations and closing high-value deals.
Service Department Leadership
- Work closely with Service Managers to improve shop performance.
- Increase technician productivity and efficiency.
- Improve repair turnaround times.
- Ensure excellent customer communication throughout the repair process.
- Increase service sales and maintenance package penetration.
- Monitor shop workflow and scheduling.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure warranty work is processed properly.
- Help departments achieve revenue and gross profit goals.
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top-performing employees.
- Build a strong pipeline of future managers and leaders.
- Coach and mentor Sales Managers and Service Managers.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Hold managers accountable to company expectations.
- Address performance issues promptly.
- Foster a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory across all Florida locations.
- Coordinate transfers between stores.
- Ensure each location has the proper product mix.
- Monitor aged inventory and develop action plans.
- Ensure all carts are clean, staged, photographed, and properly merchandised.
- Partner with executive leadership on inventory planning and purchasing recommendations.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding buying and ownership experience.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor online reviews and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure every showroom and service department reflects Beachside Golf Cars' standards.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain clean, organized showrooms and service departments.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Improve operational efficiency throughout the region.
- Assist with new store openings and acquisitions as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and profitability.
Reporting & Performance Management
Track and report key performance indicators, including:
- Sales volume
- Gross profit
- Closing percentage
- Lead conversion
- CRM compliance
- Service revenue
- Technician productivity
- Warranty penetration
- Accessory sales
- Customer satisfaction
- Inventory aging
- Hiring progress
- Employee performance
Submit weekly reports, store visit recaps, and action plans to executive leadership.
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel throughout Florida is required.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours based on business needs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in automotive, powersports, golf carts, RV, marine, or a related dealership environment.
- Proven success managing both sales and service departments.
- Multi-location management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial understanding including gross profit, KPIs, and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Florida.
