Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants and owners are satisfied, and financial goals are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant and owner relations.
- Responsible for the entire move-in/move out process to include inspections, showings, lease creation
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and enhance occupancy rates through upselling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and files related to property management activities.
- Coordinate with facilities management to ensure that properties are maintained to high standards.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote property leasing opportunities and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining phone etiquette at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in the following software: AppFolio, Gmail, Google Drive, Adobe, Tenant Tech and zInspector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts and files.
- Effective collaboration skills to work alongside sales teams and other departments.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and best practices in upselling techniques.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
