The Law Office of Gina McNea is a growing, client-centered law firm seeking an Associate Attorney who is committed to excellent legal work, outstanding client service, and continuous professional growth. We are looking for an attorney with at least one year of legal experience who is ready to take ownership of cases, confidently appear in court, and provide exceptional representation to clients while continuing to grow professionally.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal strategies.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and other court filings with precision and clarity.
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses for depositions, and developing case strategies.
- Represent clients in court depositions and participate in hearings or negotiations to advocate effectively on their behalf.
- Manage multiple cases efficiently through effective legal case management systems while maintaining meticulous records of all proceedings.
- Provide clear and professional communication to clients regarding case status, legal options, and procedural updates.
- Stay current on statutory laws, procedural regulations, and emerging legal trends across various practice areas such as employment law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, and general litigation.
