We are actively seeking a Retail Software Marketing Manager for its suite of Supply Chain and Spend Management solutions. This person has both marketing and sales knowledge with strong planning, analytical, execution and communication skills. Experience in the Retail Market Vertical, and Retail SAAS Software Solutions. Must be enthusiastic and communicate our vision to the Retail Market while supporting our sales team. This position requires at least 5 years of proven retail software marketing in the enterprise software industry. The ideal person will be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
Location: Full-time, onsite in our Las Colinas office
Responsibilities:
· Lead brand development initiatives to strengthen market positioning
· Own website strategy, performance, and continuous optimization
· Execute and manage SEO strategy to drive organic growth
· Support and contribute to direct and indirect go-to-market strategies
· Develop and execute demand generation campaigns
· Drive lead generation, conversion, and pipeline growth
· Align global marketing campaigns with local sales objectives
· Track and analyze performance metrics to measure marketing ROI
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles within enterprise software/SaaS
· Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with go-to-market and sales priorities
· Strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and website optimization
· Experience in lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, and campaign execution
· Proficiency in graphics and website development is a plus
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
