Painter – Residential Interior & Exterior

Responsibilities
- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and priming to ensure proper adhesion and long-lasting finishes
- Apply paints, stains, and specialty coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, siding, doors, decks, and other residential surfaces
- Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Protect flooring, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding areas using proper masking and covering techniques
- Follow project specifications and work orders to meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and uphold safety standards at all times
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications
- Would prefer experience.
- Outside work experience required. (Ex: Landscaping, construction, painting) - Or any other trade
- Willingness to learn and communicate effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.36 - $26.34 per hour
