Entry Level Organic Lawn Tick & Mosquito Spray Specialist Technician FT/PT
Locations: Weston, MA; Chatham, MA; Edgartown, MA; Abbington, MA; Narragansette, RI
Pure Solutions has been providing clients with organic alternatives to pest control throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod since 2005. We are currently seeking Field Specialists (Spray Technicians) to learn the life cycles, habitats, and behaviors of ticks, mosquitoes & deer, and to perform chemical-free property applications from March through November. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply Natural products to residential and commercial properties according to schedule, safety procedures, and instructions.
- Manage a daily schedule of driving to and servicing properties.
- Meet and exceed client expectations on a daily basis.
- Understand and discuss service offerings and product details with clients on their properties.
- Complete production reports, new sales forms, customer invoice forms, daily vehicle inspection reports, and service cancel/reschedule notices as required daily.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
- Identify up-serve opportunities and present additional services to existing customers based on customer needs.
- Off Season snow work
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Exhibits professionalism and a commitment to customer service.
- Is dependable and punctual when showing up for work
- Good physical condition.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Self-motivated and driven for excellence.
- High School diploma, GED, or six months to one-year related experience.
- A pesticide Applicator License is preferred but is not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- References (at least 3), required at the time of the interview
- Ability to work independently and follow both written and verbal directions.
- Excellent communication skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Pure Solutions provides a friendly and professional work environment. Our Field Specialists primarily work outdoors, when the weather is beautiful. We service Eastern Massachusetts, parts of Rhode Island, Cape Cod, and Marthas Vineyard. We are very committed to keeping workdays as reasonable as possible throughout the season but certain periods may require longer hours. We do provide overtime pay of time and a half to accommodate our specialists for working more than 40 hours in a week-long time span. Field Specialists will also have a home base at the Pure Solutions office in Weston, MA.

Full-Time Employment
Salary: Starting at $18-$24 per hour and increasing with experience and licensing
$1,750 Sign-On Bonus with Active Pesticide License**
*Eligibility for 401k enrollment after 1-year of employment
**Sign-On Bonus will be paid out after 90 days of employment.
