Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic utilities location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns.

Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with location requirements.

Support utility-related operations by observing sensitive areas and critical infrastructure, helping to report hazards, outages, and/or unauthorized access concerns to the appropriate contacts.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
