Talent Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturer in the transportation and trailer industry. This opportunity combines inside sales, customer support, business development, CRM management, and marketing responsibilities.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative will support the commercial team by preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries, maintaining CRM data, generating leads, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting trade show efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM activity and sales funnel reporting
- Prepare customer quotations and support the outside sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
- Generate leads and identify prospective customers
- Track sales activity, reporting, and market trends
- Coordinate social media and digital marketing efforts
- Work with third-party marketing partners
- Support trade shows, events, and booth setup
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-3 years of sales, marketing, customer service, or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- CRM experience preferred
- Social media marketing experience preferred
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Portuguese language skills are a plus
Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
