Black Tie Transportation, a leader in luxury transportation services, is looking for a dedicated Fleet Detail & Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in vehicle detailing and fleet maintenance support, who is ready to lead a team, oversee facility cleanliness, and work closely with our mechanics to ensure our fleet is in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the vehicle detailing team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the entire fleet.
- Coordinate daily vehicle washing and detailing schedule to meet operational demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the exterior office grounds.
- Serve as a liaison between the detailing department and the mechanics to provide timely assistance with moving vehicles, basic maintenance prep, and shop organization.
- Perform basic inspections of vehicle appearance and report any cosmetic or damage issues.
- Order and manage supplies for detailing and cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in vehicle washing/detailing; fleet experience preferred including ceramic coating, buffing, pressure washing, minor scratch and dent repair, etc.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly desired.
- Familiarity with shop safety standards and basic vehicle maintenance terminology.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, proactive and has the ability to execute automotive detailing at the highest level.
