Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Helper and be a vital part of building
Responsibilities
Assist skilled workers by providing support with materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on-site
Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and organizing materials to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Carry out basic tasks such as mixing concrete, loading/unloading supplies, and assisting with measurements
Support the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including assembling scaffolding or temporary structures
Follow safety protocols diligently and use personal protective equipment at all times to promote a secure workplace
Participate in site inspections and report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Contribute positively to team efforts by staying proactive, attentive, and eager to learn new skills
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous construction experience is a plus but not required
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders or scaffolding
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions carefully
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Basic understanding of construction safety practices; willingness to learn safety procedures on-site
