We are looking for a MarketingAdvertising Coordinator to take ownership of marketing and advertising efforts across our three gym locations in Colonie, Glenmont, and Rotterdam.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, developing campaigns, staying ahead of social media trends, working with teams, attending events, and-most importantly-turning marketing activity into measurable results.
You will have the opportunity to help shape our brand voice, grow our local presence, increase engagement, and support membership growth across all three locations.
MarketingAdvertising Strategy

Develop, implement, and manage marketing and advertising strategies for all three gym locations.

Create short- and long-term marketing plans aligned with company goals.

Develop and maintain monthly and annual marketing calendars.

Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and membership growth.

Research our target customers and determine the most effective ways to reach and communicate with them.

Monitor marketing performance and make recommendations based on results.
Social MediaContent

Own day-to-day social media marketing across relevant platforms.

Create engaging, timely, and on-brand content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, promotions, and other social media assets.

Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, emerging tools, and marketing best practices.

Understand what content performs well-and, just as importantly, understand why.

Organize and attend gym events, promotions, and activities to capture content and create marketing opportunities.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all locations and marketing channels.
PromotionsLocal Marketing

Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Work with team members across all three locations to execute campaigns and encourage participation.

Coordinate flyers, promotional materials, calendars, and other marketing documents.

Help create campaigns that generate excitement and participation within each gym.

Build relationships with staff and encourage team members to actively participate in marketing initiatives.
WebsiteTechnology

Work with IT and internal team members to keep website information current and accurate.

Assist with maintaining consistent messaging across the website, social media, app, and other marketing channels.

Work with teams across all locations to ensure the gym app is current and aligned with marketing and advertising campaigns.
ReportingAccountability

Track marketing activities, campaigns, and results.

Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and submit a monthly marketing report to the owner outlining activities, results, and recommendations.

Use data and results to continuously improve future campaigns.

Has reliable transportation and is able to travel between our Colonie, Glenmont, and Rotterdam locations as needed for content creation, events, and marketing initiatives.
